This part of Asturias benefits from a number of excellent restaurants, such as Michelin starred Casa Marcial and El Corral del Indianu. Cangas de Onís, ancient capital of Asturias, has a traditional farmers market every Sunday for over 200 years.
Good connections for both coast and mountains; the seaside town of Ribadesella is only 30 minutes away and Parque Nacional de Picos de Europa mountain range is less than 10 kilometres away. The historic towns of Oviedo, Avilés and Gijón are an hour away, with airports of Ranón (Asturias) 100 kilometres away and Santander 140 kilometres.
