Traditional house, with 60 cm walls, peaceful location overlooking the sea and the entire coast of the area called La Marina. Generous spaces, 180 square metres, 1400 square metres of land, and an horreo. Independent but not too isolated, along a quiet country road looking out over above the coastal plain.
The main building is in good condition and is divided into the old house of about 60 square metres where there is the traditional kitchen with cast-iron range, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This area is liveable. Another space of 2 floors is a garage of about 60 square meters and above this and connecting to the house there is a open-plan space of 60 square meters, perfect to turn it into a large living room, another bathroom and another bedroom. The house is sits in its own plot of about 400 square metres and, on the other side of the quiet road, is the horreo – traditional raised timber barn, which is in good condition, and a field of 1000 square metres.
Structurally the building is very good although some changes and interior improvements are needed to finish the house. The house can be modified, opening and enlarging the windows, for example.
